hello, i’m facing an issue with my new build’s idle temperatures. the cpu runs between 47c and 52c, but it stays at a high clock speed of 3.8ghz to 4.4ghz with voltage settings between 1.1v and 1.4v. the clock speed fluctuates a lot. i’ve used all power plans and followed the build specs: amd ryzen 3600x, asus b450-f rog strix bios 3003-a, ram gskill ripjaws v2x 8gb, gpu amd r9 380, hdd nvme kingston a2000, cooler master 1000w, pro cooler master h100i, and corsair h100i.

Check if you're running HWiNFO or Ryzen Master for these measurements. Make sure your chipset drivers are up to date.
