I suggest you remove Ai tuner completely. I prefer Asus Suite, which I've used for years and find very helpful. However, it shouldn't be the final choice. It feels more like a plaything to explore hypothetical scenarios.
Bios offers a solid, unambiguous solution. It's the most reliable option available.
Clock Tuner for Ryzen 3/5 series could provide some guidance.
