This motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix X570-F has the newest AI Suite version from ASUS installed.
I selected 5-Way Optimization under TPU and chose Alternatives.
Fast tuning
Extreme tuning

Alternatives available:
- TPU 1
- TPU 2

What distinguishes them?
When I clicked "Extreme tuning," a new tab appeared:
"Stress test distribution": featuring a cake with CPU (light blue) and DRAM (dark blue).
I can drag the DRAM to cover more of the "cake."

What should I do in this case?
The total stress test time is 25 seconds by default.
Is it advisable to extend it? It could go up to 1 hour...?
CPU ratio stability is set to aggressive by default.
I can enable the CPU advanced vector extensions (AVX) instruction set during the stress test.

Should I do this and what does it involve?
Target CPU voltage tuning
Target CPU frequency tuning
Target CPU temperature tuning
All others remain OFF.
I hope you can assist me! 😊
Thanks!

One piece of advice, avoid using AiSuite for overclocking—it's just risky. If you must, do it from the BIOS or with Ryzen Master at most.
Recent updates handle OC well even with Auto OC.
TPU1 and 2 are also available through the BIOS, but they're just presets; results are often average and may fall short of automatic boost settings. They don't consider the specific CPU being used.
The Auto OC feature in RM also verifies stability before completion.
For RAM, use DOCP to set XMP values.
PS:
Before attempting anything, ensure you have sufficient cooling—OEM coolers won't support meaningful overclocking, only basic operation.

Thank you for your input Mike.
I attempted the AiSuite 5-Way Optimization with "Fast Tuning" selected.
I tried starting with TPU1 and then TPU2.
The outcome was: CPU Speed increased by 13% to 4300.0 MHz.
Ratio: 043.00 - 4300 MHz.
BCLK frequency: 100.000 MHz.
VDDRCR CPU voltage: 1.2000(V).
DRAM Voltage: 1.350(V).
VDDCR SOC Voltage: 1.10000(V).

I own an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X.
How can I reset AiSuite to its default settings, especially if you prefer Ryzen Master?
Appreciate your help.

Remove AiSuite fully using Revo Uninstaller or a similar tool, reset the CMOS to factory settings, and configure DOCP to the optimal XMP value for your RAM. Ensure you have the most recent chipset drivers, as well as the latest Ryzen Master installed. 4.3GHz is more about downclocking than overclocking, especially compared to boost and PBO configurations. Under these settings, the processor should reach around 4.7GHz on one core and approximately 4.5GHz on the others.

The results are as follows:
Temperature:
Current: 37 'C.
Maximum: 90'C.
CPU clock Speed:
Current 200-300 MHz.. Maximum: 4 950 MHz.
CPU voltage:
Current: 1 - 1.2 volt
Maximum: Auto
Control mode: Auto OC.
Would you like any adjustments suggested in Ryzen Master?

I own a NZXT Kraken X73 with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800X processor and an x6 Lian Li UNI FAN SL120 fan for the case. Why? And ideas for further tuning in Ryzen Master?

That's good, cooler. Are you certain it's operating at its best?

90c is right on the edge of heat throttling. Please consider running the pump at maximum speed and adjusting the radiator fans to a more aggressive setting. At 80c under full load, 5800x would be acceptable.

Is 40 degrees Celsius considered harmful? (104 degrees Fahrenheit)

It's acceptable when idle, but what matters most is during sustained high or full load.
