I was mid-installation of the AI Suite when my PC stopped working and displayed an error about another setup already running. I attempted registry cleaners and removed program folders, but nothing worked. I tried a third-party cleaner tool, yet it didn’t resolve the issue. Now I’m left with the option to format my computer.

I tried using CCleaner but didn’t test it in safe mode. How do you start safe mode on Windows 8.1? Also, are you looking for alternative tools besides AI suite for managing fan speeds?

Run msconfig and ensure it boots in Safe Mode. If unsure, it should use Super+F8 during startup. What’s the issue?

I handle it too. Achieved a solid 4.6GHz boost in just a few minutes, then adjusted it up to 5GHz and now easily reached 4.8GHz (temperature was high). I can fine-tune things like booting into AI Suite. While I don’t mind the BIOS, I enjoy listening to music while tweaking settings. I can also manage my fans and switch them to silent or power-saving mode with a simple click. There are other options available, but we stick with AI Suite B)
