Zan+ typically struggles with 3200 MHz. Consider creating a second XMP profile or manually lowering the frequency. Zen+ performs best around 2933 or 3000 with dual RAM sticks. 2666 works at 4 cores. For 3200, upgrade to Zen2 (3000) or Zen3 (5000).
