During the installation process, it mentions needing a driver, but you're unsure which one. Disconnecting your optical drive didn't resolve the issue. Your system details are listed in your spec sheet. Appreciate the assistance!

Verify the device manager, it will display the devices lacking drivers.

It happens during the actual setup of Windows 10 when the system requests the necessary drivers, and you realize you don’t have access to the Device Manager at that point.

Installing the latest version (build 10130) might resolve the issue, depending on the nature of the problem.

Open the link on the screen labeled 'Load Drivers'. Click it, then add your motherboard disk, a custom disk, or a USB flash drive with your extracted SATA controller drivers. Use the wizard to pick your drivers, and Windows will install them, identifying your drives. Canada Day!

On the ASUS website, you can locate all required drivers for your ASUS motherboard, similar to other motherboard manufacturers' sites. Here is the link for your motherboard: https://www.asus.com/ca-en/Motherboards/..._Download/. Choose your Operating System, pick SATA, then click "Global" to download from ASUS Global servers. After saving, extract the files onto a USB drive or create a disk. Place it in Windows setup, tap the blue "Load Drivers" link, and proceed with the installation guide.
