Do you know anyone who has used an ENB on Skyrim? I really enjoy having one, though it noticeably affects performance. The main confusion is that some users with similar older configurations seem to use the same ENB and achieve better results. It probably comes down to how you adjusted your .ini files. Here’s my setup: EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti Superclocked ACX+ 6GB 32GB DDR4 RAM i7 6700 MSI Z170A XPOWER Gaming Titanium Edition Motherboard Windows 10 64bit. I’m wondering if there are standard ENB settings for Unbleack, given the performance changes you’re experiencing.

I've added a photo of my current enblocal configuration. Here are the adjusted Skyrim prefs: bFloatPointRenderTarget=1 bTreesReceiveShadows=1 bDrawLandShadows=1 bDrawShadows=1 bShadowsOnGrass=1 iMaxAnisotropy=0 bFXAAEnabled=0 iMultiSample=0

Consider another ENB setting. It seems I didn’t see a noticeable effect or significant change when using it in Skyrim.

Adjusted ReservedMemorySizeMb to 768 and VideoMemorySizeMb to 10240. The settings likely exceeded the allocated RAM and VRAM for Skyrim, leading to performance issues. I also overlooked updating these values during the transition from Phinix Natural to TrueVision, which caused significant stutters until I corrected it.

Certainly, the problem isn't just this one. I also encountered the same challenges after testing with vanilla ENB.

You're facing restrictions with VideoMemorySizeMb because Boris mentioned Windows 10 limits DX9 games to 4096 MB. I'm considering using the reserved memory setting instead.

Even if so, your setup remains well under the ideal at 3700, which is significantly lower than the upper limit. Setting it to the maximum of 10240 shouldn’t cause issues—it simply ensures the game stays within the artificial cap rather than reaching the theoretical one. I might be mistaken, but testing it could still be worthwhile.

Quitechu adjusting those settings doesn't necessarily require changing expandedmemoryX64 to true.

In SKSE.ini, when Sheson's memory patch is applied, set ExpandSystemMemoryX64 to false.
