I recently increased my CPU and GPU speeds in hopes of achieving a high 3D benchmark score close to the top. However, I've reached a plateau where I can't surpass my current score of 7843 in time spy, and performance seems to drop even with higher clock speeds. Some advice and suggestions would be very much appreciated.

The memory speeds and the infinity fabric ratio often have a significant impact, which might explain the reduced performance when CPU clocks increase.

What does "the infinity fabric ratio" mean? It's a term you might not be familiar with, especially if you're just starting to overclock your CPU.

Aim for RAM speeds near 3733MHz, but note that your Gen 1 Ryzen might face challenges running faster than your current setup.
