In theory it's possible, but I'm unsure your device supports it. You'd need a router capable of linking to your mobile hotspot and using it as the wide area network connection. It's feasible on routers with third-party firmware such as OpenWRT, though none come pre-installed. I don't think phones support enabling internet sharing through an Ethernet adapter, so that approach likely won't work. Some routers do offer USB tethering for mobile devices, which might be worth considering, but probably not for ISP-provided systems.
