Hey! I bought Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for PC recently, and it comes with EA play. I need to access some of my free games, like Battlefield V. Can I connect my EA play or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate to my PC or Steam? I know it might sound a bit confusing, but I’m used to fixing things myself.

The site appears connected, yet accessing Steam still requires full payment for Battlefield V despite it being free elsewhere.

It doesn't appear Steam provides access to EA Play, as it's primarily a console service.

Thats what i thought at first too, but there is a whole Steam page for ea play https://store.steampowered.com/subscriptions/ea

Steam offers EA titles but isn't the official EA shop. To get EA games, you'll probably need to visit another platform instead.

Just because your steam connection is active doesn't guarantee access to EA content via Steam. Keep in mind that the valve receives a share of sales from Steam, which suggests EA play is likely delivered through Microsoft Game Pass rather than directly on Steam.
