Below are the specifications you requested.
MINI GTX 960 2GB (Overclocked)
AMD II X4 960T (3Ghz)
8GB RAM
1TB HDD
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, as I've observed my game performance becoming inconsistent lately. For example, when playing CS GO at 200 FPS, I sometimes drop to around 25 FPS and it quickly recovers to 200. The stuttering can be quite bothersome in many games.
