Regarding Intel Graphics Media Accelerator drivers, they are generally not needed unless you're using specific features or games that require them. The GeForce drivers should work fine without them. For reference, Windows Update adds the Nvidia Display Driver; after installation, make sure to download the newest version from nvidia. They won't clash. You can install Intel drivers and run the port alongside a separate dedicated GPU.
