the vrm is actually the main reason my CPU is underclocking. I added a fan in front of it, and it stopped the underclocking until my temperature hit about 56°C. That’s a pretty safe reading, even if it wasn’t the VRM. Underclocking happens because of heat, so managing temps helps. Let me know if you need more tips!

Can you share a screenshot of your HWinfo? Are you checking the CPU details or the Motherboard section?
