Download Rufus from the provided link. Place the Windows ISO file on the USB stick using that tool. Open your BIOS settings on the new computer and boot from the USB device. Use the available menu to launch the Windows installer, then install it onto your operating system drive. Completion is achieved.
There’s no clear reason for all these USB makers. You could simply pull the ISO file and copy its contents to the root of a USB drive.
