I would just keep it at 4.4 at 1.35 volts. You should push your CPU with a program like Prime95 or AIDA64 and ensure your CPU stays cool. Under 80 is ideal, but if you reach under 90 in Prime95 after extended use, your overclock is sufficient because game temperatures won’t hit that high. These tests will also check system stability. If the setup fails any tests, you might need to lower the clocks slightly.

I completed a 30-minute prime cycle but the temperatures reached 82. Now I’m reapplying the thermal paste since the cooler already had it applied, and I think I should try the pea dot method again.

82 is still okay. The CPU reaches 84 at 95 prime after an hour, even though it's usually around 60s and 70s in games.

NightHawkRMX :
82 is fine. My CPU hits 84 in prime 95 after an hour, even though it's usually around 60s and 70s in games.
We'll check if the temperatures changed since I re-applied thermal paste. Quick question: I have a poor AIO Corsair cooler and I'm unsure whether to connect the pump to the CPU fan or the w_pump. I wasn't sure after reading different answers.

I would keep it at 4.4 at 1.35 volts. Stress your CPU with a program like Prime95 or AIDA64 and ensure it stays under 80 degrees. Under 90 in Prime95 after long runs is fine because game temperatures won’t reach that high. These tests also check system stability. If the rig fails, you might need to lower the clocks slightly.

NightHawkRMX :
Bring down your clocks.
I went to 4.3, that's all I changed and didn't touch anything else.
Ran prime for an hour and had no crashes.
So I think 4.3 is it for me, lol. I really wanted 4.5 but okay.
Thanks for the help!

Do you need to be concerned about your voltage being at 1.35?

This appears to be within the acceptable limits for that processor.
