What tools are available to access and manipulate game archives and transfer data between them?
I attempted using widely used programs such as WinRAR, 7Zip and WinZIP, but they didn’t work. For example, forge files from Assassin's Creed aren't handled properly. Why can't these archives be opened with similar software?
