Hello everyone.
Over the past few days I've been attempting to push my CPU to higher speeds permanently, not using turbo mode.
With ezTweak or similar tools it sets my CPU/GPU/RAM to what the motherboard believes it can handle (4.4) and RAM to 1900.
I'm not interested in turbo overclocking; I just want my CPU to run at a steady 4.2, so it always stays at that speed.
I've checked my CPU frequency during games and it consistently sits at 3.5... it never reaches the turbo threshold.
If anyone here can suggest how to disable turbo mode or achieve a stable 4.2, that would be really helpful.
