VRM/MOS fan runs at 12,000 RPM. I attempted updates via MSI BIOS (latest), but it remained fixed at maximum speed regardless of settings. All adjustments to the graph or fan speed options had no effect. Changing defaults also didn't alter performance. Even in Dragon Center, MOS fan speed stayed constant at 12,000 RPM. Temperatures stayed comfortable around 30°C, though the noise level was high. It seems there might be an issue with the hardware or firmware. Did you notice something unusual about the build? I also saw a video from KitGuruTech where the fan didn't spin until it reached 70°C.

Have you made any changes to your BIOS? Unless it’s extremely difficult to access, you might simply remove it. It’s not that the VRM requires cooling, so I don’t see much reason for MSI to include it initially.

I updated it with the newest release, though it might have caused issues. I should test other versions instead. Unplugging feels like a loss after investing so much on this board. You're correct—it's an option, but I'm hoping I can still resolve the problem before deciding to disconnect or return it. Appreciate your prompt reply!
