Uncertain if this forum is the best spot, I'll give it a shot. Yesterday I purchased the Aorus B550 Pro AC motherboard (upgraded from the Gigabyte A320M-S2H). Everything worked until I power on the PC and get stuck on the Aorus logo, preventing access to BIOS. My cooler fans spin, case fans run, and the system powers on normally. I reinstalled everything on my old board but still face the same problem (it worked perfectly this morning, I managed a few games without issues). The red VGA light is on but the logo remains elusive. I've cleared the CMOS multiple times, reinserted the graphics card, and double-checked my wiring, hoping someone can help. My specs are: CPU - Ryzen 5 3600, GPU - RX5600XT, RAM - 2x8 Crucial Ballistix, PSU - Deepcool DA600, Storage - 128GB SSD.

I’d consider swapping out the CPU first. If that fails, you might need to open a return merchandise authorization. It’s common for items to be affected during shipping, even after quality checks, so there could be a valid reason for the issue.

Watched a video about my problem and thought to reattempt restarting the BIOS and testing the SATA connections. It feels strange since I already know there’s the same issue on my old motherboard. Appreciate the help!

If it hadn’t been the same issue with that board, I’d just power it off and then turn it back on. But this only occurred twice.

I’d consider reloading everything. Reset the CMOS. Attempt once more. If it fails, send a return request. *Note* and I mean all components. Power connectors, RAM, processor—just rebuild the setup.

It seems there might be an issue with your RAM. You could have either a faulty RAM stick or a defective RAM slot. It's recommended to be able to use two identical sticks, keeping the slot positions consistent.
