Here’s what I prepared so far:
http://pcpartpicker.com/list/VYhBPs
I was thinking about possible improvements and would like some advice on building it, especially since this is my first PC build.
Please note I intend to overclock both the CPU and GPU if that’s relevant.
Looking forward to your help!

Well... you've got it pretty much right. Nothing more to polish unless you're throwing away your money...
Just one thing though... with something like this, I'd be considering the 1080 instead of the 1070... but that's me 😄

Just one point though... with such a setup, I'd probably go for the 1080 instead of the 1070... but that's me.
😀
Alright, I'd choose the GTX 1080, though I don't think it's necessary for 1080p gaming (ironically). It's better suited for 1440p or 4K, while the GTX 1070 handles 1080p just fine. I'm keeping around $2000 (the sold-out 1070 pushes it to about $2100–2200), so I can't afford to splurge on a top-end monitor and GPU. I plan to upgrade once the GTX 1080 Ti is out and get a 4K or high-end 1440p display too.
Thanks!

That's a great choice... personally, I'm still holding out for the 1060 and 1050 when prices might fall even more...
