I haven’t reviewed it, but are there any built-in choices or a separate app you can use? My current settings remain low, and I still prefer some lag while driving in the city.

This provides ample content for story mode and works well online as long as you're in lobbies with few players. It's a good idea to add an SSD and perhaps another 4GB of RAM.
