Hello, I'm looking to increase my card's speed.
My setup: g4560, z170 (b250 on sale), 8GB 2400, GTX 950 OC from Gigabyte Max 73 temp during gaming.
PSU: Corsair vs550 – not sure if it's the best yet, but no issues so far.
Could you tell me how much overclocking my PSU can handle? What software should I use?
I'd appreciate any advice on this.

Do you have a fan profile configured for the card? Are the fans increased to 100% when your temperature reaches 73*c? The 900 series cards begin to throttle around 80*c, so if you're already at 73*c you have limited headroom. You might consider overclocking with that PSU, but I wouldn't recommend lowering the GPU voltage further just to stay under thermal limits.

I'll make it clearer actually... The temperature is around 73 degrees, marking the start of summer with temperatures between 30-35. The GPU fans are on auto mode, and I'm not sure how much that setting is. There are also five case fans running.
