The LED labeled "+IDE_LED" shows activity status. Positive sign faces left, negative on the right.

The Power LED corresponding to PLED is located above +IDE_LED, with the positive side on the left and negative on the right. The Power Switch, PWR SW, is positioned to the right of +IDE_LED and does not require polarity adjustment. Refer to your motherboard manual for detailed specifications.
