The 192.168.0.1 or infoblock is blocking access to some websites. I attempted a cleanboot, but it didn’t resolve the issue. I’m not sure how to describe this properly. I have limited knowledge of computers—could you clarify what you need help with?

It seems you're referring to settings on your network device.

Drop the router outside and get a fresh one. Just make sure to update your DNS settings first before swapping it out completely.

I’d perform a factory reset on the router. If the issue remains, I’d restart your computer to eliminate any viruses or malware. If that doesn’t help, I’d use a hammer to give it a solid blow until it functions properly, just like in Russia.
