Assist me with my GPU.
I own a 16GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM system with a Ryzen 2600 GTX 1050 Ti. I assembled it myself and have kept it for years. Recently, while playing Valorant, the graphics driver kept crashing, but after updating the driver with GeForce everything worked fine. Then another game crashed, though less frequently. Now my PC is running, but I’m not getting any response from my monitors or my brother’s. Have these crashes damaged my GPU? I don’t have much money for replacement parts right now due to financial pressures, so I’m hoping for a simple solution!
The GPU has served well for a while, but it's time to move on!
I suggest attempting to start in safe mode again. Your 1050 Ti might remain functional with reduced clock speeds. I used an RX 570 that lasted several years this way, and it never failed—just sold it for a low price.
You're paying a lot for that device, right? It's like spending about $150 every year just to keep up with the basics.
