Which components are you employing?
Have you made any adjustments to the computer lately?
Are all settings properly activated?
Are there any noticeable signs of harm?
Do you have additional details not shared earlier?

You'll need to provide more information if you expect us to actually try and help you sort it out. What's the full spec list of the system, have you tried any sort of troubleshooting and have you recently changed anything noteworthy in the computer?

I only changed a few things on my old PC—added a new water cooler, upgraded RAM, an NVMe SSD, and some Corsair fans. Everything worked smoothly before.

Everything seemed out of place. It’s tough to pinpoint the issue since so many changes happen at once. I’d suggest confirming all connections are secure, especially the RAM.

Because you haven't provided all the details, I'm making an educated assumption. It seems you have an AMD AM4 processor without a graphics chip, so you'll likely need to add a video card for display functionality.

What processor are you running? Have you verified that the RAM is correctly installed and checked if the CMOS is cleared? Since a graphics card was present, does the system fail to boot even with it connected? Also, just a quick tip—turn those bottom fans upside down so they function as intakes rather than exhausts.

I'm running a Ryzen 5 3600 with proper RAM installation. The system works fine whether or not the GPU is active, and I've already attempted to reset the CMOS.
