I assembled my PC recently, here are the details.

GPU: XFX R7 250X (2gb DDR3)
PSU: Corsair CX500
Mobo: ASRock FM2A88M
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64Bit
I used MSI Afterburner to increase my graphics card's clock speed to 1150MHz core and around 900-1000MHz memory. After rebooting, I encountered issues with strange colors and shutdowns in Windows. The process stopped before completion in MSI Afterburner, and there are no relevant discussions about adjusting the video memory clock in BIOS. Assistance needed!
