I'm aiming for a budget-friendly home theater setup. I've secured a great deal on an AMD RX 560 and plan to use it with an old Dell 295W 80+ Gold PSU—standard 24-pin power, 4-pin CPU, and multiple SATA ports. I have some spare parts from another upgrade. I'm considering the Cooler Master Elite 110 for its compact size and ability to fit a full PSU. Looking for an affordable ITX motherboard and processor that can support at least 16GB RAM and M.2 slots. I'm open to used options but want reliability.

Typically ITX units cost more than mATX ones. A 2200G + B350 or B450 with a 3000MHz Corsair would work well. For a budget option, an A320 with 200/220/240ge processors is suitable.
