My PCs display and fans operate intermittently, with a clicking noise and the PSU fan cycling on and off. I suspect RGB and fans function because they’re linked to the PSU via SATA cable, so I’m checking if this points to a failing PSU or damaged parts. Specs: Ryzen 5 5600, RX 5700 XT, Enermax Revolution D.F 650W, Rog Strix B550-F Gaming. VID_20231119_173456.mp4

Have you attempted to start your machine using an alternative power supply? This is likely the most affordable part. Borrowing or buying a backup should be within your budget.

It's a fresh setup with the fans disconnected and linked solely via the SATA cable from the power supply unit

They were the main hub and fans I received from the case Pure Base 500FX, and I added two extra argb headers from my air cooler to the hub.
