You should be able to run Assassin's Creed Origins smoothly on your setup. The i5-4440 with 3.1 GHz and the RX 580 should handle it well, especially at 1080p 60fps. Just check the game's requirements and see if you need any upgrades.

Minimum setup requirements include Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1, or Windows 10 (64-bit only). Processor options are Intel Core i5-2400s at 2.5 GHz or AMD FX-6350 at 3.9 GHz, or equivalent. Video card suggestions are NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 or AMD R9 270 with 2048 MB VRAM and Shader Model 5.0 or higher. System RAM should be at least 6GB. Resolution is set to 720p for video, and the video preset defaults to low. Recommended configuration offers a balance between performance and efficiency.

The i5 might slow you down a bit, but it should handle the basics. Just don’t expect smooth 60 frames per second.
