My computer has an RTX 2080 and an i5-7500 running at 3.4 GHz, and I'm attempting to play this game on medium settings at 1440p with anti-aliasing, shadows, fog, and clouds reduced—it’s still performing terribly (between 45-50 frames per second in urban areas). Lowering my resolution doesn't significantly improve the situation, and I suspect it might be a problem with my processor, though I’m not entirely certain.
