Assassin's Creed 3 performs poorly on a good PC.
I'm not sure why the F AC3 is running at about 35 fps on your PC.
It's functioning properly as expected. AC3 remains a suboptimally implemented PoS system. Black Flag is the current state.
^ And it's also quite slow compared to what you'd expect with a Ryzen processor.
