Which processor are you running this on? Some Ryzen models can't handle speeds above 3200MT/s regardless of settings.

it won't start when configured as XMP. It will run a few cycles for training before settling at 2400MHz. I attempted 3600 with 1.35 using timings from CPU-Z's RAM section.

Have you checked if the RAM is placed in slots 2 and 4 (A2 and B2) as recommended in the motherboard manual?

I've organized it now by testing at 3666mhz. I didn't plan to overclock, so an additional 66mhz is okay lol same timing too.
