Just got the new AsRock Taichi X570, looks great. I'm trying to figure out why the RGB turns on but nothing happens when I press power—no lights or fans. My GPU is a 5700XT Red Devil. I've checked CPU power too, but I don't have it yet. No error codes appear, and even after resetting and pressing power, nothing activates. People say you can skip the CPU, but that was on another board. What's going on?

then of course it won't do anything there's no set behavior of a system without CPU, so this doesn't mean you can expect the same from your board
