Are you looking for a solid motherboard or would you prefer an Asus TUF Pro One?

The b450 steel is fine. It's a decent board, not particularly standout. For better performance, aim for an MSI mortar max or tomahawk max.

I feel worried about the chances of the board not succeeding within two to three years.

It's fine with this setup. The Pro4 tends to be more affordable, and swapping RGB parts often provides a better VRM option. It's unlikely to fail early unless you have a really bad power supply. Still, I should consider other choices if possible, since the Steel Legend usually doesn't offer the best price.

In Greece, the Asrock Steel Legend costs around 90 euros while the ASUS TUF Pro is about 100 euros. I prefer the Asrock Steel Legend because it includes RGB lighting and a 7.1 audio output, whereas the ASUS TUF Pro has a better VRM heatsink but lacks the 7.1 audio. It’s hard to choose between them.

their cooling units are both awful. neither really stands out as the top option. Instead, consider the B450 gaming model from MSI, Mortar, Tomahawk, or even the Pro-VDH.

Neither of them appears to offer adequate VRM cooling, is that correct?
