I have a B365M Pro4 board from ASRock paired with an i5 9500F. I noticed an update from ASRock that lets me adjust the chip's thermal design power by tweaking its base clock. After updating the BIOS and setting the power target to 125W, I observed that F@H would turbo up to 3.89 GHz across all cores. This matches its behavior before the BFB update. Shouldn't the CPU increase clock speeds when under load? If not, there must be something I'm missing about this feature.

I just completed the bios update and only achieved boosts up to 3.9 across all cores, while the rest remain at 4.0 or higher.
