Hi everyone. I'm using the ASRock Phantom Gaming 4 and it keeps displaying a Southbridge temperature of 33°C regardless of what I do. The issue is that the case fans don't turn on properly, even during stress tests. The motherboard has the latest BIOS and chipset updates. Is this a faulty product? When I run Cinabench, the mainboard and CPU temperatures are increasing, but the Southbridge stays at 33°C and the fans don’t speed up. Thanks for your help—it’s really frustrating.
