I received an ASRock B450M Steel Legend motherboard and, even though I rarely use the USB ports, I’ve already lost three of them (all USB3.0). They can charge a phone but can’t transfer data. When connected to external SSDs, the enclosures’ LED lights up but aren’t recognized in File Explorer. Could this be because of driver problems? Any solution to fix this? I can’t think of losing all USB ports.

It seems your three USB ports are not working, which suggests something may have damaged them.

They weren't really in use... the only thing linked to them was my external SSDs.
