I'm assembling a new PC with the components listed. The build includes a Ryzen 5 3600, 16 GB Team T-Force RAM, ASRock B450M Pro4, Zotac GeForce GTX 1660 Ti. The system fails to boot and restarts quickly, taking about 30 seconds. I'm stuck and need help.
