It's essentially the same. I don't have any experience with ASRock boards and have read that VRM performance is better than DS3H VRMs for overclocking. The price difference should be around 5 euros or less. I'm not sure if these boards come with Ryzen 3000 series chips out of the box, but I couldn't find much information on that.

Technically both options work well for the 3100, but the Pro4 outperforms the DS3H. If they're similarly priced, I’d choose the Pro4. Most B450 boards come with a BIOS that already supports Zen 2 by default. When the box states it’s compatible with Ryzen 3000, it means it is. If the board has an outdated BIOS, you can contact a local shop or vendor to update it.
