Great to hear! You were hoping for the Ryzen 3200G but it doesn’t fit your budget.

That’s a $20 difference between the options. If you need integrated graphics, go for the 3200G.

Check your setup: CPU is Athlon 3200G, motherboard ASRock B450M-HDV R4, HDD is Seagate 1TB, RAM is 8GB Vengeance DDR4, PSU is 400W. Everything seems to match.

This option seems more appealing given the nearly £40 price gap.

Sure, I can check your budget. You might want to rearrange a few items, and I can also share a PCPartPicker list for you.

I'd also require integrated graphics until my GPU is ready

In my clear mind I can’t suggest anything cheaper than this £250 build. I understand your budget. However, I’m not confident about Aerocool (extra 20 pounds is better than fried comp lol). You’ll also see a significant drop in performance with Ryzen chips if you run low-speed single-channel RAM. If you can spare it, consider adding a 120 GB SSD for Windows. You might also need to update the BIOS on this board—unclear if that’s possible given your setup, since you don’t have a Ryzen 2000 chip. B550 boards are just around in late June, so it’s worth waiting. PCPartPicker provides the list.
