Account and Windows 10 settings are being considered for removal. The reason is unclear, but the decision hinges on whether it should be kept or removed. One point is why we shouldn’t delete it, and another is whether anyone has already done so.

Yes, this setup appears to be an upgrade from Windows XP to later versions. I've worked with .Net development tools and checked for installations of the .NET Framework service pack 1.1.

I've never worked with ASP.NET or any .Net development tools. 1) What's the reason we shouldn't remove this account? 2) Has anyone deleted this account before?
