They definitely aren't exploiting anyone who pays for the deals. Only those who don't pay or are negatively affected by any imbalance should be concerned. When someone agrees to exchange money for something in the game willingly, they're not being taken advantage of. Both parties accepted the terms and costs, making it a fair arrangement for them.

I understand Ertman, my main concern was whether this could result in professionals training individuals for gaming (online, multiplayer, competitive) or opening up a new market for people who hire themselves out as gamers for those with limited time. The micro-transactions and loot boxes add another layer of complexity that warrants its own discussion.
