Ask for an email sent to me at my name dot my domain

hi, i bought this domain last year from namecheap. since then, i have been using [myname]@(mydomain) all day at school or work to talk to my family and friends. suddenly the price went way up. can i get rid of all these contacts in one go? do i have to copy them one by one before sending emails? https://ibb.co/ZdWSrs8 please help, i am not very good with computers. my friend helped me set this up so that when i open [myname]@(privateemail..com) and start using it, everything works fine. thanks a lot in advance.

Sure, go ahead and log in to your private email address. Look for a help button or an icon there. Click on that, then choose search.

Does your email service support IMAP or POP3? If yes, you can pull your emails down using a program like Thunderbird. For your contacts, you may be able to send them over as an attachment.
