You observe a noticeable lack of detail in the road textures at close range. Despite adjusting settings like Ultra mode, high texture filtering, and quality options in the graphics control panel, the images remain somewhat indistinct.

It seems the visuals only appear after a brief pause right after launching, and higher quality textures become visible within 5 to 10 seconds.

Attempted before but no improvement. However, this only impacts the surface quality; the texture filtering remains poor even after all assets are loaded correctly.
