Windows 10 is fine as it is; you don’t need to upgrade. I’m avoiding fTPM just in case, since it can cause issues. My system uses a 5800X3D and an Asus Strix B550A Mobo without a dedicated TPM header. The BIOS version (2806) is what came with it, so changing it shouldn’t affect performance. It’s safe to switch to BIOS at home and disable fTPM—no major risks for now.
The fTPM problem was resolved using an AGESA Bios update previously. Make sure to update your Bios as well.
