Heyo generally handles troubleshooting well, but this one has been a challenge. I had an XG27AQDMG during the holidays and it began showing odd artifacts on startup. They’re most visible on white elements with a black background—refer to the photos. I’ve tried several fixes: Pixel Cleaning, reinstalling GPU drivers, changing the background, enabling HDR, and testing different DisplayPort cables. Any suggestions?

Check your monitor using a different video source (another computer, TV box, Blu-ray, etc.). You should still be able to return or exchange it if it’s faulty.

Sorry, I don't have another device available right now. However, I did use my old monitor for testing. It wasn't an OLED, but it seemed okay compared to what I had.

It seems like the screen is not functioning properly. Please send it back.
