Are you checking the connection type? DisplayPort or HDMI?

I haven’t noticed any GPU issues causing per-pixel defects before. It might be the screen or the cable that’s the problem at this point.

Use an HDMI adapter that supports DisplayPort input.

it occurred with my new monitor (asus 260 hz ips 1440p) using display port, but nothing changed and it resolved itself. What operating system are you running?
