Hey, it turns out fixing things was pretty simple. Just installed a chipset driver to stop the stuttering. Changing HWinfo and reinstalling it helped with the voltages and clock issues. I wasn’t sure what the earlier reports said, but they weren’t accurate. Thanks to everyone who tried to assist! Now I’m really enjoying my 7950X.
