My performance is limited to a maximum of 20 fps on Arma 3. I'm using an AMD FX6300, GTX 960 and have 12GB of RAM.

fx 6300 isn't a top-tier CPU, but Arma 3 demands a lot of processing power. A 20 FPS might be okay depending on the settings, but it could feel slow if you're not using high-resolution textures or complex maps.

It isn't extremely well tuned, a decent processor is necessary for smooth Arma 3 performance.

They've made significant improvements to the game's optimization recently. Running it is manageable, though a powerful CPU is recommended—something like an i5 2500K or better.
